Today is the last day to settle CIT for 2021
30 June 2022 is the last day to settle CIT for 2021 for most taxpayers. This deadline has been postponed - the law sets the timing of this settlement at the end of March.
Today, 30 June 2022 is the deadline for filing the return on income (incurred loss) and payment of tax (CIT-8, CIT-8AB).
It is worth mentioning, however, that under the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance of 28 June 2022 amending the Ordinance on extending the deadlines for the performance of certain corporate income tax obligations until 30 September 2022, the deadline for filing the return on the amount of income earned and due lump sum from income of capital companies (CIT-8E) has been extended. The regulation entered into force on 30 June 2022.
