Custodia Capital acquires a majority stake in Profi S.A.
Congratulations to Custodia Capital (led by Wojciech Domanski and Tomasz Potapczuk, CFA) and Accession Capital Partners (led by Przemyslaw Glebocki and Jakub Chechelski) and all other shareholders of PROFI S.A. on the successful deal. It was an exciting and dynamic process, and we are proud to have been part of it!
Our team was represented by Lukasz Kupryjanczyk, dr Grzegorz Keler, and Michal Parafiniuk, who provided tax and financial support throughout the transaction.
