Benefit Systems acquires Bella Line fitness club network – Thedy & Partners as financial advisor
We are pleased to announce that Thedy & Partners acted as financial advisor in the transaction under which Benefit Systems acquired 100% of the shares in companies operating five Bella Line fitness clubs in Toruń, Bydgoszcz and Chełmża.
Benefit Systems, the leading provider of sports cards and operator of a fitness club network in Poland, has acquired 100% of the shares in companies operating five fitness clubs under the Bella Line brand in Toruń, Bydgoszcz and Chełmża. The combined area of the acquired facilities exceeds 7,000 m².
Through the acquisition, Benefit Systems has doubled the number of its own clubs in the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship, consistently pursuing its growth strategy in the fitness segment and matching the pace of network expansion to the dynamics of sports card sales growth.
