Thedy & Partners supported PZU Zdrowie – one of Poland's largest healthcare networks – as financial and tax advisor in the acquisition of 100% of shares in Osteodex Medical Centre based in Nowy Sącz.
Osteodex Medical Centre is a multi-specialty healthcare facility established in 2014, offering specialist consultations, surgical procedures, modern diagnostics and one-day hospital services. The transaction is part of PZU Zdrowie’s strategy to expand its nationwide network of own facilities and improve access to high-quality medical care across Poland.
