Thedy & Partners advises LUX MED Group on the acquisition of TMS Diagnostyka
Thedy & Partners advised LUX MED Group on the acquisition of TMS Diagnostyka, an imaging diagnostics centre based in Białystok. The transaction represents another step in LUX MED Group’s strategy to expand its imaging diagnostics segment.
The transaction concerned the acquisition of TMS Diagnostyka, a company with over 20 years of experience in providing high‑specialist imaging diagnostic services, delivered both on a commercial basis and under a contract with the Polish National Health Fund (NFZ). Through this acquisition, LUX MED Group strengthens its position in the imaging diagnostics market and expands its presence to a new location in north‑eastern Poland.
The Thedy & Partners team provided comprehensive advisory support throughout the preparation and execution of the transaction, covering both tax and financial aspects.
