Bold Capital acquires Primus Group – Thedy & Partners as financial advisor to the transaction
We are pleased to announce that Thedy & Partners acted as financial advisor to Bold Capital, a search fund that has completed an investment in Primus Group – one of the leading healthcare service providers in the Silesian region of Poland. As part of the transaction, the fund’s founder assumed the role of CEO of Centrum Medyczne “Primus”.
Primus Group offers primary care, outpatient specialist services, elective treatment, diagnostic imaging, and rehabilitation across four locations. The company is recognized as a fast‑growing healthcare provider in southern Poland.
The Thedy & Partners team – Michał Parafiniuk, Aleksandra Tomczuk and Adam Wójciak – delivered comprehensive financial advisory support throughout the entire M&A process, including financial analysis, transaction preparation, and closing.
