Dig.IT – Second Call with More Flexible Financial Criteria
The Industrial Development Agency (ARP) has announced the second call under the Dig.IT programme supporting the digital transformation of businesses. More flexible financial requirements and a budget twice as large as in the previous call may make funding accessible to a broader group of SMEs operating in manufacturing and production-related services.
The Industrial Development Agency has announced the second call under the Dig.IT programme, designed to support the digital transformation of micro, small and medium-sized enterprises.
Compared with the previous call, the key changes concern the financial condition requirements applicable to applicants. Funding is available to SMEs operating in manufacturing or production-related services which have been conducting business activity for at least five years.
What requirements must applicants meet?
Applicants must demonstrate:
- a net profit in at least 2 of the last 3 closed financial years, including the most recently closed financial year,
- a positive average net result for the last 3 closed financial years,
- production activity confirmed, among other things, by a sales breakdown for 2025 and an additional document, such as a list of machinery.
How much funding is available?
The budget for the second call amounts to PLN 40 million, twice the amount available under the previous call.
Businesses may receive a grant ranging from PLN 150,000 to PLN 850,000. Funding may cover up to 50% of eligible costs, but may not exceed 30% of the average annual net sales revenue generated over the last 3 years.
What can be financed under Dig.IT?
Projects may primarily involve:
- the purchase and implementation of ready-made digital technologies,
- commissioning or outsourcing software development work aimed at developing digital technologies.
Additional activities directly related to the implementation of digital technologies may also be eligible for funding, including:
- employee training,
- purchase of fixed assets,
- purchase of materials, consumables and other products.
When can applications be submitted?
Applications are scheduled to be accepted from 2 to 30 November 2026.
However, ARP may close the call earlier if the total value of applications submitted exceeds 200% of the available budget. Companies interested in the programme should therefore begin preparing their projects and application documentation as soon as possible.
At Thedy & Partners, we support businesses throughout the entire funding process – from assessing project eligibility and defining the appropriate investment scope, through preparation of the grant application, to the final settlement of the funding received.
