SLIM VAT 3 adopted by the government
The Council of Ministers has adopted the SLIM VAT 3 package, which will come into force on 1 April 2023.
The third package of solutions, known as SLIM VAT, is intended to further simplify the accounting for VAT. Invoicing in special cases is to be simplified and certain formalities will be reduced. Among the proposals included in this package is also an increase in the sales value limit for small taxpayers. In addition, the issuing of binding information will be consolidated by designating a single authority competent to issue WIS, WIA, WIT and WIP.
