MF starts testing the KSeF system
The Ministry of Finance has launched tests of the National System of e-Invoices (KSeF). Accession to use the system is voluntary and anonymous.
– Yesterday we reported on the passing of the amendment to the VAT Act by the Sejm to introduce the KSeF. Today the MF has launched tests of this solution.Every company can join the programme. A dedicated website has been launched and the ministry recommends giving anonymous data when testing the system – says Andrzej Kapczuk, tax advisor and partner at Thedy & Partners.
According to the announcements of the Ministry of Finance, from 2022 companies will be able to use KSeF voluntarily. From 2023, it will be an obligatory form of documenting sales.
