Longer deadlines for transfer pricing about to enter into force
As early as 1 July, regulations extending the deadlines for filing transfer pricing information (TPR) and a statement on preparing local transfer pricing documentation (TP statement) will come into force.
The deadlines in this respect have been extended by an amendment, referred to as the Polish deal 2.0, which will enter into force on 1 July.
According to its provisions, the deadlines for filing the TPR information and TP statement have been extended
– until 30 September 2022. – in the event that the deadline expires between 1 January 2022 and 30 June 2022,
– by 3 months – in case the deadline expires in the period from 1 July 2022 to 31 December 2022.
In addition, in the case of an extension of the deadline for submission of the statement on preparation of local transfer pricing documentation, the deadline for preparation of group transfer pricing documentation has been extended to the end of the third month, counting from the day following the day on which the deadline for submission of this statement expired.
