KSeF project after the next legislative stage
The Standing Committee of the Council of Ministers has given a positive opinion to the project that will introduce a mandatory National e-Invoicing System (KSeF).
Entrepreneurs will be obliged to use the KSeF from 1 July 2024. For VAT-exempt taxpayers, the system will be obligatory from 1 January 2025. Several amendments have been made to the draft after public consultations, as we have already reported. You can read more about it on our website – welcome.
It is also worth mentioning that the same draft provides for another change, namely the electronification of Binding Tariff Information (WIT), Binding Origin Information (WIP), Binding Excise Information (WIA) and Binding Rate Information (WIS). In order for these systems to have a different form, it is planned to expand and adapt the KAS IT systems already in place (e-Fiscal Office, Fiscal and Customs Electronic Services Platform – PUESC).
