KAS provides a wizard for interpretation requests
The National Tax Administration (KAS) has made available an application wizard for individual tax interpretations. This is an interactive form that will allow an application for an interpretation to be generated and completed.
Taxpayers who wish to apply for a tax interpretation in their case apply to the Director of National Fiscal Information. The ORD-IN application is used for this purpose. The wizard provided is intended to facilitate the preparation of this form.
The wizard is used to generate an ORD-IN application. The saved application can be electronically signed by the user and sent
– via electronic sub-box to ePUAP/KIS/applications,
– as an attachment to a general letter in the e-Fiscal Office.
The saved ORD-IN application can also be printed out by the user and, after signing, sent in the traditional way to the National Tax Information address.
