GREAT SUCCESS: Thedy & Partners at the top of the Dziennik Gazeta Prawna Ranking
In this year's Ranking of the Dziennik Gazeta Prawna, we won a total of 5 awards: 3 for the firm and two individual awards.
We are delighted to announce that Thedy & Partners has been awarded first place and the title of best tax advisory firm in the litigation category in the Ranking of Dziennik Gazeta Prawna. The chapter appreciated Thedy & Partners for representing our client before the Constitutional Tribunal in the case ref. SK 14/21. The ruling of the Constitutional Tribunal, issued in 2023, is undoubtedly the most important and groundbreaking property tax ruling in history.
“Our Tax and Litigation Team has been very successful in litigating all tax and criminal cases,” – comments Michal Thedy, managing partner at Thedy & Partners. “We assist our clients at the stage of verification activities, fiscal control, tax proceedings as well as proceedings before the administrative court. However, our goal is not to escalate disputes to the court level. We always try to conclude the case at the earliest possible stage, so that our clients can focus back on their business as soon as possible. Literally a few days ago, we received the result of an inspection conducted by the Customs and Taxation Office ending with our favourite sentence: “no irregularities were found”. The case was not a simple one, but the joint effort of the client and our Team made it possible to show the inspectors the true nature and business justification of the disputed settlements. And it is for this effort and commitment that I would like to thank the entire Team at this point. It is thanks to you that our company continues its dynamic growth, providing the highest quality services to our clients.”
Thedy & Partners is the second largest tax advisory firm in Poland, employing between three and 20 licensed professionals. In terms of revenue, on the other hand, we ranked third in the list. “This confirms that our company is dynamically developing and growing all the time. We are very proud of this. There are, of course, further challenges ahead of us, but we are convinced that with such a team we are able to overcome them and move forward.” – adds Michal Thedy.
