WE HAVE IT! First place for Michał Nielepkowicz and Piotr Kalemba in the DGP Ranking
Today we can boast of a spectacular success in the Ranking of "Dziennik Gazeta Prawna". Michał Nielepkowicz, partner and Piotr Kalemba, director at Thedy & Partners were awarded the title of best tax advisors in the category of taxes and local fees. This victory is extremely important because the editors recognised last year's landmark judgment of the Constitutional Tribunal, in which the Constitutional Tribunal in the case of Thedy & Partners' client ruled that the definition of a building found in the Local Taxes and Fees Act was unconstitutional.
This is not only an honour for Michał and Piotr, but also a confirmation of their extraordinary talent, knowledge and commitment in the field of tax law, in particular in the area of property tax. Their work not only benefits Thedy & Partners’ clients, but also makes a significant contribution to the development of this branch of law in Poland.
