Exactly two weeks left to settle CIT for 2022
CIT entrepreneurs have until the end of June to settle with the treasury for 2022. There are therefore two weeks left to fulfil this obligation.
The end of June is the deadline extended by the Minister of Finance by dedicated decree. The statutory deadline for filing the annual CIT is the end of March. By 30 June, entrepreneurs must therefore file the CIT-8 and the relevant attachments, if required, and pay the tax, if any, from the annual return.
When filling in the declaration this year, it is worth remembering the numerous changes in the regulations which occurred, inter alia, due to the Polish Order, and before filling in the declaration form, check whether our calculations are based on the current regulations.
