Do you want to be ready for the mandatory KSeF? We will prepare the training for you
Just less than three quarters separate us from the entry into force of a revolution against the traditional way of invoicing. The existing system will be replaced by the National e-Invoice System (entry into force on 1 July 2024).
The change will not only involve the full ‘digitisation’ of the way invoicing is done, using a public system, but also brings with it many new rules of a strictly fiscal nature (such as, for example, new rules for the settlement of correction invoices, the use of exchange rates, making invoices available to buyers, etc.).
For these reasons, we would like to offer a training course dedicated to the company’s employees, which will aim to familiarise staff with the substantive changes in tax regulations. The training is primarily dedicated to the accounting and tax departments and anyone else who will be in contact with KSeF solutions.
We propose that such dedicated training should take approximately 2-3 hours and that it should cover the following areas:
- Access rights to KSeF;
- Structured invoice – ‘look and feel’, issuing;
- Sharing invoices with contractors;
- Invoice visualisation and QR code;
- Dealing with failures;
- Invoices in foreign currencies;
- Corrective invoices;
- New payment obligations;
- Sanctions.
