Certificates from the tax office without leaving home
The Ministry of Finance informs that it is possible to apply for and receive a certificate of no tax arrears (ZAS-W) free of charge at the e-Tax Office.
The only thing you need to do to receive such a document by this means is to give your consent to electronic delivery. The certificate is issued as an electronic document and delivered to the taxpayer’s e-US account.
In addition, certificates are issued at the e-Fiscal Office:
– on the amount of income, income, tax due and insurance premiums shown on the PIT (ZAS-DFU);
– on the amount of the taxpayer’s income in personal income tax (ZAS-DF);
– on not being in arrears with taxes or stating the state of arrears (ZAS-W).
Importantly, it is not necessary to print the certificates received in this way. An electronic version of the document can be used.
Certificates issued in the e-Tax Office are signed with the stamp of the Head of KAS or with an electronic signature by an authorised person. An electronic certificate has the same legal force as a paper document.
