With pride and great enthusiasm, we announce another successful collaboration between our team and Benefit Systems SA! This time, we had the pleasure of advising on the investment in Wellbee, a leader in the mental health sector, now joining the MultiLife ecosystem of products.
Thanks to this acquisition, Wellbee will become an integral part of innovative services supporting employees’ mental health and personal development. Benefit Systems has acquired a 69.8% stake in Wellbee for PLN 33.7 million.
