We are pleased to share another joint success — Thedy & Partners had the pleasure of once again advising LUX MED Group on its investment in Mental Path, a nationwide network of mental health clinics with locations in Warsaw, Kraków, Katowice, Sopot, and Rzeszów.
This transaction further strengthens LUX MED’s position in the mental health sector, an essential part of overall well-being. Through this acquisition, the Group’s psychiatric and psychological care offer will expand significantly, while the teams of specialists from Mental Path and Harmonia – Mental Health Clinics will gain new opportunities for collaboration and professional growth.
