Summary of 2025 – Tax Incentives Team
“2025 was a very good and intensive year for us,” says Łukasz Łebski, Director in the Incentives and Grants Department at Thedy & Partners and Head of the Tax Incentives Team.

The Tax Incentives Team at Thedy & Partners consists of experienced specialists in tax incentives, tax exemptions and state aid. We primarily focus on the R&D tax relief as well as income tax exemptions available under the Polish Investment Zone and Special Economic Zones.
Key highlights of 2025:

Our Clients obtained approximately PLN 90 million in tax benefits under the R&D tax relief, with further settlements currently in progress.

We secured new support decisions for investment projects with a total value exceeding PLN 90 million.

For Clients operating within economic zones whose investment plans changed, we successfully obtained amended support decisions.
