Rzeczpospolita ranking: still difficult to achieve significant increases
Price pressures from the market and rising costs have meant that only half of the ranking participants have beaten inflation, writes Rzeczpospolita.
Michał Nielepkowicz, tax adviser, partner at Thedy & Partners commenting on the issue for the newspaper, pointed out that the reality of high inflation makes many entrepreneurs who have so far benefited from large advisory forms opt for advisers from medium-sized firms, but who provide an equally high level of service. Our law firm is also a beneficiary of this phenomenon. Besides, even medium-sized tax advisory firms such as ours are now able to meet the requirements of clients expecting comprehensive legal, tax and financial advice.
Today, the best performers in the tax advisory market are not only those law firms that offer specific types of services, related to this or that tax. It is possible to make money from very different types of services, and the key here is the approach to clients. In our case, we are as committed to working for them as we would be to settling our own taxes.
There are, of course, “seasonal” services such as the implementation of KSeF or services related to specific taxes such as property tax. In the case of the latter, the government is preparing major changes for entrepreneurs and this will certainly also be a field of action for advisers dealing with these issues. Nevertheless, if a tax advisory firm wants to maintain a strong position in the market, it should take care not only of seasonal or niche solutions, but a comprehensive service concerning various tax issues and related legal and financial matters.
