Important! From 1 July 2024, a change in the way requests for binding information are submitted!
From 1 July 2024, requests for binding rate information (WIS), excise information (WIA), origin information (WIP) and tariff information (BTI) will only be able to be submitted electronically.
This will be done through the available channels:
e-Fiscal Office: for WIS applications
Fiscal and Customs Electronic Services Platform (PUESC): for applications for WIA, TI and BTI.
Remember, filing in any other form will be ineffective.
In addition, the Director of the National Fiscal Information and the Head of the National Fiscal Administration will also serve correspondence concerning binding information electronically.
