Changes in INTRASTAT thresholds for 2025! Check if they apply to your company
If you trade within the European Union, these changes may affect you! Starting in 2025, new threshold values will apply in the INTRASTAT system.
Basic threshold
- Imports (ICT): PLN 6 million (decrease from PLN 6.2 million)
- Exports (ICD): PLN 2.8 million (unchanged)
Detailed threshold
- Imports (ICT): PLN 105 million (increase from PLN 103 million)
- Exports (ICD): PLN 158 million (increase from PLN 150 million)
What does this mean for you?
A lower basic threshold for imports means that more companies may be required to submit INTRASTAT declarations. Not sure if this applies to your business?
Remember, the INTRASTAT declaration for a given month must be submitted by the 10th of the following month.
