Another Successful Transaction: bValue Invests in Xtreme Brands
We are proud to announce that we advised bValue Fund on its latest strategic investment – the acquisition of a minority stake in Xtreme Brands, a fast-growing fitness club network.
Transaction value: PLN 43 million
Thanks to the investment, Xtreme Brands – the owner of Xtreme Fitness Gyms and Xtreme KiDS – plans to expand to 450 clubs in Poland and abroad. The growth strategy includes developing a new club format for children and entering the Central and Eastern European markets.
