Data of large CIT taxpayers will be updated once a year
The way of updating the data of individual CIT taxpayers will change. Instead of 4 times a year, the update will be made only once.
The Ministry of Finance wants to introduce such changes to the CIT act as part of the amendment to the regulations. According to the MF’s legislative work schedule, art. 27b section 8 of the CIT act will be amended in order to streamline the whole process of updating individual taxpayer data.
The Ministry of Finance intends to move away from quarterly updates of large taxpayers’ data made public to annual updates. After the change, the update is to be made by September 30, according to the status as at the first day of the month preceding the month in which individual taxpayer data are to be made public (i.e. as at August 1).
